Frederick V Gilgun, Jr.

Fred was born and raised in Woburn, Massachusetts. He graduated from Boston College in 1983 with a degree in accounting and from Boston College School of Law in 1986. Fred is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York. He is the father of three and resides in Winchester, Massachusetts. Fred began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. He then spent two years with the Boston Law firm of Riemer & Braunstein. He has been practicing in Lexington since 1992. Member – Massachusetts Bar Association.

Albert J. Sreter

Albert J. Sreter has over 35 years of experience representing individuals, corporations and lending institutions. His areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, probate and corporate matters. Al works with individuals purchasing their first home as well as real estate developers creating condominiums or entire subdivisions. He has years of experience in estate planning and probate matters, from a simple will to a customized trust.

Born in Vancouver, British Columbia to Hungarian refugees, Al grew up in Arlington, Massachusetts, graduated from Boston University in 1981 with a degree in business administration and received his JD from New England School of Law in 1984. He has spent his entire legal career in the Greater Boston Area advising clients on the various aspects of their business or other legal issues. He speaks Hungarian.

In addition to being a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar, Al is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and served as a member of the Winchester Zoning Board of Appeals.
